AWS ENiFe-CI is a nickel-iron alloy cast iron welding electrode designed for repair and joining of cast iron components. It provides excellent crack resistance, good mechanical properties, and reliable welding performance. The weld deposit contains a high proportion of nickel and iron, offering a good balance between strength, machinability, and cost efficiency. It is suitable for cold welding and controlled heat welding applications.

Application:
AWS ENiFe-CI cast iron welding electrodes are widely used for repair welding and joining of gray cast iron, ductile cast iron, and cast iron-to-steel joints. They are suitable for repairing cracks, casting defects, worn machine parts, engine blocks, cylinder heads, pump housings, valves, machine tool bases, and other cast iron components in automotive, machinery, construction, mining, and industrial maintenance applications.
