AWS ENi-CI is a nickel-based cast iron welding electrode designed for repair and joining of cast iron components. The electrode produces a weld deposit with excellent crack resistance, good machinability, and low welding stress. It is suitable for cold welding and controlled heat welding of gray cast iron, providing smooth arc performance, stable welding operation, and reliable repair results.

Application:
AWS ENi-CI cast iron welding electrodes are specially designed for the repair and joining of gray cast iron, malleable cast iron, and cast iron to steel. They are widely used for repairing cracks, casting defects, worn or damaged machine parts, engine blocks, cylinder heads, pump housings, valves, machine tool beds, and other cast iron components in automotive, machinery, construction, mining, and general industrial maintenance applications.
